Venezuelan-born bass Daniel Chomiak began his musical journey at the age of six on the violin, training within El Sistema, the celebrated Venezuelan music education programme that has shaped many of today's leading musicians. He made his vocal debut in 2014 in Mozart's Coronation Mass, and in 2017 relocated to Italy, where he joined the Crescere in Musica orchestra while laying the foundations of his singing career.

In 2021 he moved to London to study at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance under Dominic Natoli and Robert Alderson, supported by scholarships from Trinity Laban, the Kathleen Roberts Fund, and the Linda Pilgrim Charitable Trust. He completed his Bachelor of Music in 2025 and continues his studies on the Professional Diploma in Vocal Performance, remaining under Alderson's guidance.

Daniel's current focus lies in baroque repertoire and the Mozart bass roles, alongside an active commitment to German Lieder — particularly Schubert. Recent concert work includes Haydn's Paukenmesse as bass soloist with the Nova Foresta Philharmonic under Craig Lawton and belongs to the Accademia dell'Opera Italiana in Nardo' Italy.

In 2026 Daniel joins the inaugural edition of the Sabbioneta Chamber Opera Festival – Residenze, a high-level artistic residency culminating in concert performances of Monteverdi's L'Orfeo in Sabbioneta and Vicenza. The residency is led by Sara Mingardo, with stagecraft direction by Cesare Scarton and musical preparation under Stefano Lorenzetti, who conducts the Festival's period-instrument orchestra.

Daniel is based in London and works regularly across Europe, with strong ties to the Veneto region in Italy.
